Position Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for outbound prospecting and a proven ability to connect with prospective clients. You will play a pivotal role in building our lead pipeline by researching and engaging high-value prospects aligned with our ideal client profile and introducing them to our Account Executive. Candidates with outstanding interpersonal skills, a client-centric mindset, and an unwavering commitment to excellence are warmly invited to apply. Alongside an hourly base, your compensation will be directly set by the number of appointments you have booked.
How You'll Work
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target prospective clients in our focus industries suited to Nakada Design’s services, including branding, web design, SEO, and digital marketing
- Cold call potential clients to generate qualified leads and book meetings with decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with our Account Executive to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with our brand’s high standards
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress in our CRM system (e.g. HubSpot)
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals and provide lead generation updates
What You'll Bring
- U.S. based with fluency in English
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience in a SDR or similar outbound sales role, preferably within a digital agency, marketing agency, or related field
- A client-centric philosophy exemplifying our premium brand positioning, dedicated to serving potential clients with warmth, poise and professionalism
- Proven expertise in outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Positive personality, self-motivated and highly organized with a proven track record of surpassing performance targets
