Position Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for outbound prospecting and a proven ability to connect with prospective clients. You will play a pivotal role in building our lead pipeline by engaging high-value prospects aligned with our ideal client profile and introducing them to our Account Executive. How You'll Work
- Cold call potential clients, such as interior designers and architects, by using our advanced dialer and sales playbook to book meetings with qualified leads
- Collaborate closely with our Account Executive to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with our offerings
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals and provide lead generation updates
What You'll Bring
- U.S. based with fluency in English
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience in a SDR or similar outbound sales role, preferably within a digital agency, marketing agency, or related field
- A client-centric philosophy exemplifying our premium brand positioning
- Proven expertise in outbound prospecting techniques, particuarlly with cold calling
- Positive personality, self-motivated and highly organized with a proven track record of surpassing performance targets
